That is a wonderful rural house located in calm and peaceful town of Ravnogor. It is situated just 50 km from the second biggest and ancient city of Plovdiv(Phillipopulis). Ravnogor is also known as the green paradise in the Rhodope mountain, because is the only place at Balkan peninsula where freshest air was measured (according to the researches made in  --(Phone number)--  by NASA, the region around Ravnogor , 40 km in diameter, is declared to be the cleanest on the Balkans)

It is a 2-storey house. The house is with total built up area of 140 sq.m. On the first floor(70сq.m.) there are 2 room (one of them used as a kitchen, the other one can be used as living room or bedroom) and toilet and bathroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a lot of space for bathroom. The house is supplied with water, electricity and sewage but the only problem is that at the time the house was built it was common practice in Bulgaria that the toilets were built outside the can be easily fixed as there is special place downstairs that can easily be build as a toilet, because there is already sewage. The courtyard of the house is 700 sq.m. flat meadow and it is all around the house.
The town itself is in a very attractive area for
tourists. Village is small, but has a lot of hotels and is surrounded by forest. You won`t get bored there as you have lots of things to do, like mountain bike, fishing, hunting, historical places to be visited. There are many marked tourist routs through the mountain. It is very close to Atoluka (villa town) and Bratsigovo (balneological center. There is a cold mineral water spring (18-26 C) with the flow rate of 120 liters per minute at the distance of 500 metres west of it. There is a balneo-sanatorium built up here. The mineral water treats some skin diseases, the nervous system, kidney related diseases and others. There is a nice park and a country-houses zone around it).
